Update your profile by going to Dashboard > Settings > Profile. Here you can change your display name, email address, profile picture, and other personal information.
If you change your email address, you'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect. A verification link will be sent to your new email address.
Your profile name appears on reviews you write. Your email address is always private and never shared with other users or sellers on the marketplace.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you'll need both your password and a verification code from your phone to log in.
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Security and click 'Enable 2FA'. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy, then enter the verification code to confirm setup.
After enabling 2FA, save your backup codes in a secure location. These one-time codes can be used to access your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
If you're logged in and want to change your password, go to Dashboard > Settings > Security. You'll need to enter your current password before setting a new one.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessable information.
